Reconfiguring your assets

Securitization is a financial technique that involves the transfer of illiquid financial assets to investors.  These assets (e.g. existing or future receivables, equity or debt securities, certificates, tangible or intangible property, movable or immovable property, etc.) are transferred by converting these receivables, by passage through an ad hoc company, into marketable and liquid securities on the financial market.

This transformation is accompanied by a restructuring and reconfiguration of assets.

This financing technique for companies also gives investors access to new asset classification, often offering better credit quality and a shared risk profile.

Our mission is to understand the objectives of our clients (refinancing, liquidity, risk transfer, etc.), and to respond with a competitive solution with our arranger expertise.
